देशवासियों, सम्मानित अतिथियों, देवियों और सज्जनों,
आज, जब हम सवेरे के सुनहरे प्रकाश में नहाए हुए खड़े हैं, तो भारतीय आकाश उत्सव की गूंज से कंपित है, हवा स्वतंत्रता की सुगंध से महक रही है। 26 जनवरी का यह दिन हमारे गणतंत्र के जन्म का प्रतीक है, वह दिन जब हमारे राष्ट्र ने औपनिवेशिक शासन की बेड़ियाँ तोड़ दीं और लोकतंत्र के गौरवशाली आवरण को अपना लिया।

محترم ساتھیو، معزز مہمانو، خواتین و حضرات!
آج، 26 جنوری کا سورج بھارت کی سرزمین پر جگمگا رہا ہے، جب ہم آزادی کی خوشبو لے کر آئے ہیں۔ یہ وہ دن ہے جب 1950ء میں ہم نے آئینِ ہند اپنایا اور اپنے آپ کو ایک جمہوری لوک تانترک گنراج کے طور پر دنیا کے نقشے پر ابھارا۔
یہ سفر آسان نہیں تھا۔ ہم نے صبر آزما، قربانیاں دیں، مشکلات کا سامنا کیا، لیکن ہمارے عزم و استقلال نے ہمیں ہر مرحلے میں آگے بڑھایا۔ مہاتما گاندھی، بھگت سنگھ، سروجنی Naidu، لال بہادر شاستری اور ان گنت جنونیوں کی قربانیوں کے بغیر یہ دن نہ آتا۔ ان کی جرات اور جدوجہد نے ہمیں انگریزی راج کے غلامی سے رہائی دلائی اور ایک آزاد بھارت کی شکل دی۔
آج جب ہم جمہوریہ کا جشن منا رہے ہیں، ہمیں اپنے شاندار ماضی کو یاد رکھنا چاہیے اور روشن مستقبل کے لیے عہد کرنا چاہیے۔ ہمیں آئین و قانون کی پاسداری کرنا ہے، جمہوری اقدار کو فروغ دینا ہے، سماجی انصاف کے لیے آواز بلند کرنا ہے اور اس سرزمین کو اپنے خوابوں کا وطن بنانے کے لیے متحد ہو کر کام کرنا ہے۔
ہمیں علم و ہنر کو فروغ دینا ہے، ٹیکنالوجی کو اپنانا ہے، معیشت کو تقویت بخشنا ہے اور دنیا کے ساتھ قدم سے قدم ملا کر ترقی کے سفر میں آگے بڑھنا ہے۔ ہمیں اپنی بھرپور ثقافتی متنوعता کو ایک طاقت کے طور پر دیکھنا ہے اور اس عظیم سرزمین پر ہم سب کو باہمی احترام اور یگانگی سے رہنا ہے۔
آج کا دن نوجوان نسل کے لیے ایک حوصلہ افزائی کا پیغام بھی رکھتا ہے۔ آپ نسل نو، آپ ہمارے خوابوں کی تعبیر، آپ اس ملک کا مستقبل ہیں۔ ذہن و دل کو علم سے منور کریں، اپنے ہنر کو جلا دیں، مثبت سوچ اور لگن سے کام کریں، اور بھارت کی ترقی و خوشحالی میں اپنا کردار ادا کریں۔
آخر میں، میں آپ سب کو دوبارہ یوم جمہوریہ مبارکباد پیش کرتا ہوں اور یہ دعا کرتا ہوں کہ بھارت ہمیشہ ترقی کی راہ پر گامزن رہے، جمہوری اقدار کا تحفظ ہو، اور ہر بھارتی اس عظیم سرزمین پر امن و امان اور خوشحالی کی زندگی گزارے۔

మిత్రులారా, గౌరవనీయ అతిథులారా, భాగ్యవంతులారా!
ఈ రోజు తెల్లవారుబాటున భారతదేశం స్వర్ణకాంతులలో స్నానం చేసింది, స్వాతంత్ర్యపు సువాసనలతో వాతావరణం తులతూగింది. ఈ 26 జనవరి నాడు మనం మన గణతంత్ర రాజ్యపు జన్మదినాన్ని జరుపుకుంటున్నాము. మన దేశం బ్రిటిష్ పాలన బానిసత్వాన్ని వదిలివేసి, గొప్ప గణతంత్ర వ్యవస్థను స్వీకరించిన శుభదినం.
ఇది ఎంతో పొడవు, కష్టాల నిండిన ప్రయాణం. అసంఖ్యాక స్వాతంత్ర్య సమరయోధుల త్యాగాలతో నిర్మించబడింది. భగత్సింగ్ యొక్క ధైర్యసాహసం, గాంధీజీ యొక్క అచల విశ్వాసం, నెహ్రూ యొక్క వ్యూహాత్మక ప్రతిభ, అసంఖ్యాక నిరంతర పోరాటాలను మనం గుర్తుంచుకుంటున్నాం. వారు కేవలం స్వాతంత్ర్యం కోసం మాత్రమే కాదు, ఒక ఆదర్శం కోసం, ప్రతి కంఠం వినిపించే, ప్రతి పౌరుడు సమాన హక్కులు కలిగిన, న్యాయం, స్వేచ్ఛ విరాజిల్లే దేశం కోసం పోరాడారు.
1950 లో ఈ రోజున ఆ కల సాకారమైంది. మన రాజ్యాంగం, మన దేశాన్ని నడిపించే దీపం, అమలులోకి వచ్చింది. మన ప్రాథమిక హక్కులు, బాధ్యతలను ఇది స్థిరపరిచింది, ఇవి మన గణతంత్రంగా ఎలా ఉన్నామో నిర్వచించాయి. ఇది ఓటు హక్కును, మన ఆలోచనలు చెప్పే హక్కును, మన విశ్వాసాన్ని ఆచరించే హక్కును, అనంతమైన ఉత్సాహంతో మన కలలను సాధించే హక్కును మనకు ప్రసాదించింది.
కానీ దేశపు ప్రయాణం, వ్యక్తి ప్రయాణంలాగే, ఎప్పుడూ పూర్తి అవ్వదు. మనం సవాళ్లతో, అసమానతలతో, మన ఐక్యతను చీల్చే స్వరాలతో పోరాడుతున్నాము. కానీ ఈ క్షణాలలో, మన గణతంత్రపు స్ఫూర్తిని మనం గుర్తుంచుకోవాలి. మన దేశపు బట్టలో నేయబడిన పట్టుదలను, మన సమిష్టి భవిష్యత్తుపై అచలన విశ్వాసాన్ని మనం గుర్తుంచుకోవాలి.
కేవలం గత ఘనతలను జరుపుకోవడానికి కాదు, భవిష్యత్తుకు మనల్ని అంకితం చేసుకోవడానికి ఈ గణతంత్ర దినోత్సవాన్ని ఉపయోగించుకుందాం. మన రాజ్యాంగంలో పొందుపరచిన ఆదర్శాలను కాపాడాలని, న్యాయం, సమానత్వం కోసం పోరాడాలని, మన వైవిధ్యమైన సమాజంలో ఐక్యతకు దీపం పట్టించాలని మనం ప్రతిజ్ఞ చేద్దాం.
